In mid-November, I and 3 like-minded people went to the Big Tree Lodge in Chidiyatapu on the Andaman Islands🌴
The journey via Dubai/ Delhi/ Calcutta and ended in Port Blair. The next 7 days were really all about top water fishing with poppers and stickbaits on GT and Co.🐠🐟🦈
Later, we a break for lunch and some time to relax, which was a nice change 😅☀️🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
But first and foremost it was about HIM, the Giant Trevally!!!! 😎
The lodge’s rooms were clean, comfortable and we moved into quickly. We spent the evening assembling tackle and talking shop with like-minded people over a cool beer 🍺🍺
For dinner, for the first and only time, we had no fish but chicken. The food was really good and a few drinks rounded off the evening 🥘🍛
Breakfast was at 5:00 a.m. At 5:30 a.m. we went to the boat, which was 12 meters long and had 2 x 250 hp motors. Anyway, we popped our shoulders warm on the first day 🤘🏻😊☀️☀️☀️
So day 1 flew by 😁
